About this site

This website presents holiday homes available, or soon to be available, for short-term rental in Greytown, Martinborough and the wider Wairarapa. The site is currently in a pre-launch period: property details, pricing and availability shown are indicative and may change, and online booking is not yet enabled. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until a booking is confirmed by us in writing.

Bookings and stays

When bookings open, each stay will be subject to the booking terms, house rules and payment and cancellation conditions provided at the time of booking, which form the agreement for that stay.

Owner enquiries

Information provided for property owners, including fee structures and the switch guarantee, is a summary only. Full terms are set out in our owner information pack and management agreement, which prevail over any summary on this site. The switch guarantee is subject to its stated conditions and written terms.

Content and accuracy

We take care to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site is error-free. Guest review figures shown are drawn from third-party platforms at the time of publication. Illustrations are artistic representations.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, illustrations and branding, belongs to Close to Home Ltd or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply.
