Greytown Escapes is operated by Close to Home Ltd. We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address.
• Owner enquiries: your name, email, phone, property address and any details you choose to share.
• Contact messages: your name, email and message.
• Technical data: our hosting and analytics providers may record standard technical information such as pages visited and general location, used only in aggregate to improve the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, to send you what you asked for (such as our owner information pack or newsletter), to administer bookings once they open, and to run our business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers who help us operate (such as our website hosting, content, email and booking systems), who may store data securely overseas.

Marketing

You will only receive our newsletter if you asked for it, and every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email us at any time and we will remove you.

Access and correction

You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@closetohome.co.nz.
